You can take it I will not say that you cannot take it but there is no point you are taking one thing then continue with that think this we mix and match is not going to be very healthy Idea so take one thing that you feel is going to help it does not help then after discontinuing it then you go for another option but currently don’t take to watch see things togetherWrite Your Answer Here
