Q.

I am a mother of 2.6 years old boy. I am 47 kgs weight. I am having osteoporosis. Also I feel very week nowadays. I cant lift the baby for a long time. I am planning to join a gym. Also I am scared of heavy workouts due to my physical weakness. Kindly guide me in doing beginner friendly exercises in gym. or advise for gym going beginners .

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. you can eat dry fruits with honey. Also eat eggs and chicken and take chicken soup. You can also take vegetables soup. Please take lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds on daily basis. Please eat iron and calcium rich food items and avoid maida or oily or outside food items. You can opt for Yoga under a professional yoga teacher rather than going to a gym. Thanks and take care
