Hello, I'm a mother of 2 children. My age is 32 years. Just 6 months back I have delivered baby boy. Before pregnancy confirms my weight was 47 kgs it gone high till 53 kgs but post delivery slowly slowly it's came down to 42 kgs not even to normal weight( 47 kgs). I have thyroid also since 12 years. M looking so thin and facing problem like holding my son for long time. Always my weight remains constant between 46-48 kgs. Can anybody guide me here the diet chart to increase my weight? Regards, Shireen

A. Hello shireen First get your thyroid profile done and see if your profile shows any signs of hyperthyroidism. And ideally consult a physician. Take high protein diet as only it improves your weight and also makes you have good milk supply. Eggs,lean meats,milk with protein powder etc
