hiii.. how can we increase the weight of a baby of 6 years old? she is near about 13 kgs

A. Hi mommy Every child is unique and has unique pattern of development Give three meal and two snacks Give seasonal fruits vegetables kiwi apple banana mango juice milk products cheese butter porridge eggs sweet potatoes etc it’s good for weight Normal growth aided by good nutrition, plenty of sleep, and regular exercise is one of the best overall indicators of a child’s good health But your child’s growth pattern is largely determined by genetics Pushing kids to eat extra food or more than the recommended amounts of vitamins, minerals, or other nutrients will not make them taller gain
