Q.

I am a mother of 10 days old baby and the milk supply is not sufficient, hence on medication since the last 8 days but still cannot see much move. While I am trying to eat foods which will aid in lactation, please advise how to improve lactation so that my baby does not require formula. Also, should I continue the lactation medicines?
