can I give formula milk once in a day, if the milk supply is not sufficient?

A. yes you can To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. If breastmilk is not sufficient and you feel baby is not getting enough, then yes you can give any good brand formula milk once or twice a day. Make sure to use a good quality bottle and sterlize after every feed to avoid any infections.
