I am a breastfeeding mother to a two months old daughter. Is it safe to take ayurvedic immunity supplements like Tulsi ghanvati,Giloy ghanvati etc.?

please avoid self medication.
it can be harmful.
as such no need of extra medicines
just take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
