Q.
I am 6 weeks post partum and have had mastitis twice. i can feel a lump forming again. I am doing all things possible to avoid this to happen. Please suggest what to do.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarydding this . so please consult your doctor once.
Ine general youd should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
