I am 6 months post partum and I have developed a lump in my left breast...do I need to get a sonography done ? some say it's due to milk secretion I also have one earlier in my right breast after delivery and after draining it was normal please advice

A. Sometimes yes it could be due to milk congestion milk clogging as well but if the lump is persistent only in one breast for a longer time then you may as well have an assessment with your doctor for better clarity on that
