Hi I’m mom of 2 month old baby boy .my baby has developed a red lump on his left arm .is it normal?

A. If you are saying some kind of an infection billing inside of it then it may be due to some kind of infection that usually can be seen after a BCG vaccination for further assistance it would be good for you to check with your doctor regarding that
