Q.

I am 5 months pregnant now.can I eat amla daily ?someone said if u eat amla baby turns dark colour.is it true,please suggest me.

A. Namaste Mom, Not really , amla being high in vitamin C it is good over all for you and the baby as well, you can take it no worries on that.

Food actually does not decide the colour complexion of the child it is totally based on the genetics of the child if your parents are fair the child would be fair the parents or fair the child is going to complexion behind either of the parents so it’s not associated with the food or any fruit or vegetable that you were having
