i am 5 months postpartum my milk supply is low how can i increase it

A. eat more fibre. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

A. Try Having lactation medicines and capsule should help in increasing your lactation you can consult your doctor or gynaecologist before you go ahead with the best ones that you can go for and start to have about 3 to 4 L of water every day
