Q.

I am 4mnths pregnant. Want to know which exercises help me to give a normal delivery. What type of food i have to eat because I am not to drink milk and any protein powder in pregnancy.

A. Hello mam , is their any Health issue that no proteins ? You can take regular foods , just enhance a little with some milk shakes or else you can take some plant based milk if preferred , dry fruits and nuts , seasonal fruits and vegetables, millets , dals and legumes etc . Avoid - papaya and pineapple , very high spicy and oily foods , MSG and too much of caffeine , keep your self hydrated. Exercise the best of regular walking and meditation. Other forms would be Better to do in guidance
