Q.
i am 35 year old had twin babies 11 momths back via c section i have got my periods just after 10 days it ended. last periods were on 24 May ended on 29 May. from last 3 days i was having painful cramps in lower abdomen and bloating. please advise is this normal what could be probable causes

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. this could be normal maybe because of some hormonal changes and sometimes sedentary lifestyle so you should take a healthy diet with a good fibre in the diet and also take plenty of liquids do regular exercise
