Q.

i am 3 months postpartum. My baby is on exclusively pump feed. I used to pump out 130 ml milk in each pumping session till day before yesterday. Suddenly from yesterday my output has reduced to 50 to 60 ml per session. I am really tensed. I am taking galact powder daily twice and also taking ajwain, methi, saunf, jeera ka paani. My baby has never been on formula and this sudden dip is bothering me a lot. can anyone help? I am using momcozy m5 wearable pump and philips avent and luvlap electric breast pump.

A. Lactation supplement currently you are taking is not helping you if you are interested in changing I believe you should go ahead with a change probably that will help you can take Shatavari powder and consult a lactation specialist because with what you are mentioning right now you are using one of the best breast pump so I don’t think so there’s any issue with it
