I am 24 weeks pregnant m not taking any fish in my diet can I take fish oil supplements like omega 3

Taking seafood or non-vegetarian food is not restrict during pregnancy you can have it all but I am not sure about audio pregnancy is going so you should take an advice with your doctor about all the things your gynaecologist has to give your confirmation on that
