I am 22weeks 1day pregnant my gaynae doctor me solvin cold and Azento500 tablets for cold and my throat infection so can I take it?

as any medicine only on doctor advice..
have warm serves.. vegetables soups,..
apply warm mustard oil on chest back feet and gently massage at bed time
take steam inhalation..
