I am 20 months postpartum I got my periods though only one day bleeding 10 days back can I use menstrual cup for upcoming periods? also should I be using bigger size cup now? I had a c-section

A. Yes, absolutely you can use a menstrual cup and if you had a vaginal delivery, then you have to go for large size of the cup. Otherwise you can use the previous one if you had a cesarean
