Q.
I am 11 weeks pregnant now, I am suffering with nausena throughout the day and unable to eat anything, doctor suggest me to take vomikind medicine before to eat in the morning. But i feel the same even after medicine. how can i overcome this

ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear good morning keep in mind few things that early in the morning do not be empty stomach for more than half an hour when you are getting up from the bed even when you get a from the bed keep sitting for a while on the bed and then you can move around have proper fluid throughout the day figure out what smell you are not liking you can ignore that food option and include other food items have more of citric acid fruits and the juices in your diet but home prepared
