I am 10 months post partum.. I am experiencing bleeding for more than 3 weeks now. is it common or is it something to be concerned qbout? I do have an history of pcos

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Stay hydrated healthy Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Maintain hydration
