A. Hello, your baby girl is 5 years old and she is learning on line so to protect her eyes use screen time only 3/4 hours a day and give her vitamin A

A. you have to give intermittent time in between for relaxation and maintain very good hydration for eye health for further advise in relation to this you can get guided properly by consulting your nearby doctor to get relevant information and get all your doubts cleared which will be a better approach for this in a proper way it.t becomes difficult to explain here in details without proper examination

A. good evening I would request you to make sure that apart from the online classes you avoid showing screen to your baby and it will be better if you set up the class on a laptop or TV instead of mobile
