screen time of my 6 year old child has increased because of online classes so what should I give him in diet to take care of his eyes??

Give Dry fruits green leafy vegetables protein rich diet these all things should be there and also the screen for 2 to 3 hours because for that only more than that it is not recommended by the government and also apart from that avoid giving any other screen time to the child and instead of using a mobile phone use either a tab on a laptop for classes
