A. Dear mum, tummy fat reduction requires overall weight and fat loss. Eat mindfully and avoid high calorie foods. Don’t store or buy junk. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle. Begin with mild exercises like brisk walk, yoga.
