it is common problem after pregnancy but you must give time to your body to get back in shape.
so start any workout only after 6 months of delivery .
till that Walk walk and walk
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
increase your fluid intake .
you can drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
