A. cat pose. cow pose. plank pose. revolved triangle pose. malasana. hanumanasana. The camel pose is the best yoga after delivery to reduce the weight around the tummy, along with strengthening all the major muscles of the body.

A. hi you can do this by exercising daily so start with low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, etc do pranayam on daily basis take high fiber,low fat diet like green veggies, fresh fruits more
