Instead of three big meal plan to give five meals in a day with a gap of four hours between each feed. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses in a week. Avoid outside food, Avoid oily and spicy food. Give adequate liquid like fruit juice, buttermilk, coconut water, milkshakes, water and keep your baby well hydrated.Write Your Answer Here
