how to reduce my stretch marks now I complete 4 months after delivery.is there any cream or oil that reduce my stretch marks.is it possible to remove stretch marks

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. stretch marks is a very common problem with every mother after delivery and it also depends on your skin u can apply stretch Nil cream or bio oil over the area and better suggestion could be given by your dermatologist for this it is always better to take advice from your nearby skin doctor regarding thfntis.

Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply bio oil massage regularly to reduce stretch mark
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Do abdominal stretching exercise
Take a good care of your baby
