See during C-section you cannot go ahead with any kind of exercise for at least 8 to 10 months of your delivery as of now you can just go ahead with basic walk if you want but for proper exercise and dieting only after 8 to 10 months once your internal stitches heal and I think once you quit breastfeedingWrite Your Answer Here
