Prefer only Home made recipes include Leafy vegetables, fruits and vegetables,cereals (sprouted )as these rich in fibre fills tummy and meet nutritional requirement.
Have more water and fluids .
Engage your kid in physical activities like skipping, cycling, playing outdoor games or else walking around 20 minutes for staying fit.
Most importantly give feeds 3 Meals and 2 snacks which includes fruits and vegetables,cereals,lots of water (fluids) mineral rich foods instead processed/packed,junk snacks.

Yes the weight of ur baby is on the higher side.
Avoid giving packed food, junk food and oily food.
Avoid giving sugary drinks and juices.
No extra munching during the day.
Indulge in some physical activity like running cycling.
Give homemade freshly prepared food to ur baby.
