Improve your eating pattern
Follow small and frequent meals pattern .. do not stay hungry for long
Include flaxseed, cinnamon, green vegetables, fruits, oats in your diet
Reduce the intake of sugar, fried food, sweets, sugary drinks, bread, biscuits in your diet
Have 2l of water everyday
Do physical exercise for 45 mins daily

Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Do tummy exercises to tighten muscles and skin around the tummy. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day.
