A. Brush twice daily using a grain size of kids age appropriate toothpaste. Avoid night feeds Avoid sticky food completely sucha as chocolate chips and biscuits Visit a dentist atleast once an year.

Hello ma’am Brush your teeth twice a day maintain proper oral hygiene as was recommended for the day apart from that just make sure that your child does not have Too much of sweets and sweet food because that is also one reason for the same and if needed consult a child dentist for anything if you are confused about if you feel that the child is having some issue with the teeth
