how to make out our kid is healthy.. for example is it gud for sports etc etc

A. First you don’t have to force a child to be into any sports you first need to figure out what is your child interested in doing and then when your child doesn’t maintain a proper schedule and tell your child that this is if you want to do then you have to go for a class every day I will also come along with you try to give positive vibes and counselling to the child
