she is very much involved in physical activities sports, games etc.. bt acc to age i feel her diet is inadiquate....

A. Hi Give protein rich foods to your baby like milk, egg, paneer. cheese. pulses, Dal's Also give nutritious foods like dates. anjeer. green vegetables, fruits nuts daily. Give atleast 5 to 6 meals because child requires extra calories because of physical activity
