A. give exclusively mothers feeding to the baby first 6 months of age Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. since you are new mom and infants totally depend upon mother. first of all.keep yourself well hyadrated. be stress free add little physical activity in daily routine either brisk walk of yoga whatever youike avoif.d junk.and oily food keep breast feeding.
