A. There are lots of variation in hormone levels occurred During pregnancy and post delivery . That's why all body joint get relaxed and abdomen belly fat increased. Post delivery you have to follow back muscles strengthening exercises. Do regular yoga, take plenty of liquid. Must consult with physiotherapist. breast feed baby in comfortable position.

A. hi please start doing exercises and yoga regularly do Suryanamashkar or pranayam too. you can do kapalbhati, anulom vilom pranayam. avoid taking Junk food items. increase your fluid intake drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
