A. Hi Mom, woukd advise to eat healthy and balanced meals. include homecooked foods with variety of whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water. add small mid-meals after 2 hours gap and regularize your meal timings. avoid junk and processed foods, carbonated beverages, refined flour, excess salt, sugar and fats. you can go on a walk, yoga or exercises.
