add small mid-meals after every 2 hours intervals and stick to your meal timings.
avoid processed, fried, and junk foods, refined flour, carbonated beverages, excess salty, fatty and sugary foods.
you can also go on a walk, start yoga or exercises.
SeemaMom of 3 children10 months agoA. Hello. Whatever is your current diet reduce it to 80%. Like if you are eating 2roti reduce it to one and a half roti. It worked in my case. You can also try the same. And obviously with little exercise or walk, you will surely get positive results.
