A. you mudt eat s low calorie duet n try yo est more of fruit n vegetable. take lots of water m do exercises as much as yiu ccan abd like ok

A. Hi Mom, Maintain healthy and balanced diet along with regular exercise will help you to lose weight naturally. Exercise atleast 30 mins a day. Always choose friendly proteins. Cut down refined sugar, carbs, fried foods etc. Make sure to drink plenty of water. Thank you.
