how to loose my post pregnancy weight. now my kid is 3 year old.

A. exercising is the best way to reduce your tummy as well as your post pregnancy weight gain do not reduce your diet intake have good nutritious diet and water intake to maintain good health after delivery

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Good luck and take care.
