how to know when do you ovulated if you have irregular periods or 40 to 45 days of periods

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. When you have irregular cycles then it is not possible to accurately find out when the ovulation happens. So consult your gynecologist so that she can assess you and help in finding out the ovulation period

You Always use an ovulation kit to know as to when you are overweight it otherwise you can consult your gynaecologist she can tell you an approximate date if you have a regular periods first you need to regulate your periods will provide you with the right medicine also to go ahead with that
