A. you can play, few of the physical activity games like:1. hide and seek, 2. touch and run, 3. passing the ball, 4. dancing etc.

A. hi give Activities like dancing , jumping etc. play music and dance with your child you can also practice yoga or exercises daily. don't let your child sit infornt of tv mobile for Long period
