My baby is quite active and sometimes I don’t understand where to channelise his energy. Any suggestions?

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hi parent it's ok please don't over use sugar ans salt in her diet. take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky let her play outdoors talk to her maintaining eye contact reduce her screen time
