To strengthen your child immunity , I advise to give Healthy diet
avoid giving outside food frequently.
give green veggies, fresh citrus fruits,nuts , dry fruits, pulses, beans, dairy products etc in your child diet.
keep your child well hydrated
give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day.
give Vaccines as per schedule.
