Fenugreek Capsules are supposed to be quite nice to go for so if you are suffering with a lactation issue then you can have these on regular basis for a month or two if they help you in increasing your lactation then you can continue with them for about 3 to 6 months and if not then you consult your gynaecologist will advise you with a better medicine to go for
