my brest milk is decreasing day by day.. I m using lactovel powder but dont work for me... what can I do to increase brest milk...my baby is 2 months old

A. have plenty of water in a day. always have water before and after feeding the baby. have roasted cumin with warm water twice a day. include fennel seeds green papaya oats spinach beetroot in your diet. drink 2-3 cups of cows milk. give warm compression on the breast.
