A. as to increase milk take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan or shavatari powder.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic drumstick oats sabudana dalia ragi.. more you nurse milk will increase..

A. Hi, I am suggesting based on my experience. Please include these in your diet: 1. Parle-G biscuit with tea 2. Chew 1 tablespoon if Jeera and drink milk after that - have this 2 times a day 3. Include as much jeera in your diet as you can 4. Have green leafy vegetables like palak, meethi etc. 5. Increase your fluid intake, have plenty of water
