Q.

suggest me some tablets or powder to increase breast milk....i used to take garlic,bread,milk,egg,raw fish... please do suggest me

A. any medicine is not of much help you have to stay positively motivated for girls it is always better to take help from your lactation expert who will recommend you various methods for improvement. It is completely related to hormones and the signal sent to the brain so it is very important to stay positively motivated.medicines are not of much help.if there is pain you can apply cold press locally and take Dolo tablet which is safe.

A. hi mam ,you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day. along with that, please continue to offer breastfeeding as and when it it required. because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
