A. To increase breastmilk supply, include foods like oatmeal, fenugreek, cumin, carom seeds, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, cereals, wheat pasta and bread, avocado, eggs, chicken, garlic, ginger and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to increase milk secretion. Latch the baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
