It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often.
Have fluids before and after breast feeding.
Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine.

🔴Drink at least 4 litres of water per day irrespective of the climatic conditions
