how to increase breast milk at night time? I feel it's very low and baby latches it for a long time?

A. you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement wxhich will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc ). you have to take all the supplements that is calcium iron folic acid which has been given by your doctor till you are continuing breastfeeding of the child. x

You should take some lactation supplement that is going to help in boosting your lactation in general for throughout the day and will also help in making feeding better for your child in terms of quantity so you can take Shatavadi powder three times in the day with warm milk that should be helpful
